Product updates

When you select “Keep me updated,” you ask Aroqon to use your email address for Genisys product previews and launch updates. We store your email, signup time, the notice version and, where provided, campaign source in the Genisys database. Subscribing does not create a product account.

Traffic and signup analytics

We count page views, visits to the signup form and successfully saved signups. Reports may include campaign tags, the referring website’s hostname and desktop or mobile layout. Analytics records contain counts, not email addresses, full referrer URLs or persistent visitor identifiers. We do not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or session recordings on this page.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop optional analytics. Aggregate analytics are kept for up to 90 days and removed on the next analytics request after that period.

Storage and access

Vercel hosts this page and its API; the signup list and aggregate reports are stored in the existing Genisys AWS database in the United States. The email list and report require owner authorization. Hosting services may retain request logs under their own policies.

Stopping updates

Use the unsubscribe link included with each product update. We retain a suppression record to avoid adding an unsubscribed address again through a repeated signup. Product update emails are sent separately from this landing page.

Abuse prevention

We use an invisible form field and request limits. Rate-limit keys use a rotating keyed hash of the connecting IP address and expire after two hours; the landing database does not store the original IP address.

Contact Aroqon through aroqon.com for questions or requests to remove your signup record. This notice covers this landing page; desktop and future hosted product data have separate boundaries.
